Delivered with a partner
Tindre is delivered together with a certified partner. Where the partner holds a framework agreement, the solution can be bought on it.
Data and subprocessors
The standard configuration runs on European-owned providers in Europe. The required chain is Scaleway SAS and Mistral AI SAS, both French.
Models outside the EEA are switched off. If you choose to switch one on, the subprocessor list says what it involves.
Accessibility
The chat surface meets WCAG 2.1 level AA, the requirement in the Norwegian regulations on universal design of ICT. Test documentation is available on request.
What we don't claim
We don't state a SEAL level. It is assigned by the contracting authority in a specific procurement and cannot be self-declared.
We are working towards SOC 2, and we don't call it achieved before it is.
